Certificate

To obtain the IGS North-South Certificate of Specialization in Sustainable Development, a PhD candidate needs to:

• Complete at least 12 ECTS credits in the IGS North-South if PhD is a full member (see coursework requirements)

   

• Receive her/his doctoral diploma

   

• Fill in the transcript

   

• Send the following documents to the IGS North-South Management Centre (igsnorthsouth.cde@unibe.ch): 
  • Transcript of all courses attended  
  • Copy / scan of all course certificates or confirmations 
  • Copy / scan of the PhD diploma
  • Electronic copy (PDF) of the PhD thesis
