Admission and Certificate

 

Membership of the International Graduate School (IGS) North-South is free of charge and you may apply at any time of the year. To gain admission, potential candidates must have been accepted by an eligible professor and be enrolled at one of the participating universities in Switzerland or at an accredited external research institution partnering with the IGS North-South. Funding is not provided by the IGS North-South and is the candidate’s responsibility. The IGS North-South offers full and associate membership.

- Only PhD candidates of the Faculty of Science at the University of Bern register with the learning agreement
